Rich Dumas serves as president of R&K. Rich brings extensive business experience in the areas of business management, financing, residential property management and sales. This experience aids greatly in his ability to communicate with the homebuyer, understand their expectations and determine their needs. Rich spent many years buying and renovating homes for sales and rentals, providing him valuable insight and understanding into the building / remodeling and real estate end of the building industry. Kathy Dumas serving as Vice-President, offers years of wide spread management skills in sales and public relations. Having owned and operated an exclusive decorating shop for years, Kathy pulls on her vast knowledge of design, form and function to guide homebuyers through their new home selections. By placing her attention attention on every detail of your new home, you can ensure that each home selection is carefully made and coordinated allowing the wonderful flow you see in every R&K home. Jason has been an invaluable member of the team since joining R&K in 2006. With 15 prior years of experience in the building industry, Jason heads up all field operations for R&K. Having a wealth of experience in production and custom home building as well as having been an entrepreneur himself Jason understands hard work and commitment. In October 2010 R&K welcomed Susan Sinnott to the team as the new office manager. Susan joins R&K with an undergraduate degree in Business Management and many years of previous work experience in office management as well as a financial analyst. Susan gets all the credit for keeping us organized and on top of things! Most often it is Susan’s friendly greeting you hear when you contact our office.Charles Morris
Charles Morris, “Chuck” our most recent addition, joined R&K in May 2011 to head up our new remodeling division. Chuck joins R&K with a wealth of knowledge and experience in home remodeling. Chuck has over 40 years in the building industry having started in 1969 as a carpenter’s helper and then shortly thereafter running his own framing and boxing crew. Chuck has spent more than 30 of his years in the industry, supervising production homes, custom homes and has specialized in remodeling since 2004. Along with Chuck’s vast experience he has carried a General Contractor’s License since 1981 and received his CAPS certification in 2001.Chuck, while devoted to his wife of many years and his two children has always found time for his 25 year hobby of refereeing and coaching volleyball. Chuck is also an avid whitewater paddler!
